Green asparagus salad with almonds
Simple but delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 pack of green asparagus
- 50g salted almonds (1)
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tbsp cranberry juice
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- Olive oil

preparation
- Chop the asparagus into small pieces and briefly sauté in a pan with oil.
- Chop the salted almonds (1) finely, mix a dressing from olive oil, cranberry juice, garlic (1) and salt, arrange everything and enjoy.

Instead of salted almonds, you can also simply use blanched almonds; these are usually even better tolerated.
