Sweet potato kumpir

Ingredients for approximately 2 servings

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 mozzarella
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • Parsley
  • olive oil
  • Salt
Sweet potato kumpir

preparation

  • Prick the sweet potatoes with a fork and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes, then cut open and fill with mozzarella, parsley and cucumber.
  • Refine with a little olive oil and salt.
