Sweet potato kumpir

Ingredients for approximately 2 servings
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 mozzarella
- 1/4 cucumber
- Parsley
- olive oil
- Salt

preparation
- Prick the sweet potatoes with a fork and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes, then cut open and fill with mozzarella, parsley and cucumber.
- Refine with a little olive oil and salt.
