Homemade wrap bread
Do you love wraps but don't know how to make them low-histamine? Here's a quick and easy recipe for vegan, low-histamine wrap bread. You can then fill it with your favorite low-histamine ingredients.

Preparation time

Ingredients for 4-6 wrap breads
- 500g spelt flour
- 200ml lukewarm water
- 100ml lukewarm oat milk (1)
- 60ml olive oil for frying
- 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder (1)
- 1 tsp salt
preparation
- Mix all ingredients together and knead into a dough.
- If the dough is still sticky, add some flour.
- Divide the dough into 4-6 pieces.
- Roll out into a circle on a floured work surface.
- Heat a pan and reduce the heat to medium.
- Fry the bread on both sides until lightly toasted.
