Vegan red cabbage fritters
You've definitely never eaten red cabbage like this before! These low-histamine red cabbage fritters bring a delicious change to your plate.

Ingredients for approximately 9 patties
- 350 g red cabbage
- 200g potatoes
- Some ginger (1)
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 1 small onion (1)
- 2-3 tablespoons of starch (potato or corn)
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- Salt
- Olive oil
Dip
- 100 g coconut yogurt (1)

Fresh herbs such as parsley and mint,
Alternatively , HistaFood Organic Herb Salt - 1 tbsp HistaFood Organic Vegetable Spread Carrot & Beetroot

preparation
- Wash, clean and grate the red cabbage.
- Wash, peel, and grate the potatoes.
- Grate some ginger
- Peel the garlic clove and press it through a garlic press.
- Peel and finely chop the onion.
- Mix all ingredients with starch, paprika powder and salt
- Heat some olive oil in a coated pan.
- Form patties and fry them in a pan until crispy on both sides.
- Mix coconut yogurt with freshly chopped herbs and HistaFood organic vegetable spread carrot & beetroot and serve with the red cabbage fritters.
