Sweet milk noodles
Sweet milk noodles with cinnamon and sugar. With this recipe, you can easily prepare this childhood classic in a low-histamine and vegan version.

Ingredients
- 200g spelt pasta
- 1 liter of oat milk (1)
- 4 tablespoons beet sugar
- Vanilla (1)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp beet sugar
- 1 HistaFood Organic Berry Bar
- 100g frozen blueberries

preparation
- Bring oat milk to a boil in a pot with spelt pasta, beet sugar and vanilla.
- Reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let stand with the lid closed for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the blueberries in a pot and remove from the heat.
- Unwrap the HistaFood organic berry bars and chop them finely.
- Mix cinnamon and beet sugar
- Serve pasta with hot berries, cinnamon sugar and the HistaFood organic berry bar.
Our HistaFood tip
For a gluten-free version, you can simply use rice noodles – and for a low-fructose version, you can use rice syrup instead of beet sugar, for example.
There are many variations possible as a topping: Why not try hot cherries or fresh berries such as blackberries, currants, etc.
