Grain Muesli Cookies

With this recipe you can quickly prepare low-histamine, gluten-free cookies that taste absolutely delicious!  

This recipe is

  • suitable for a low-histamine diet

Preparation time   

10 minutes + 15-20 minutes baking time  

Ingredients for 1-2 people  

  • A handful of chopped almonds (1)  
  • 2 tsp maple syrup  

Grain Muesli Cookies preparation   

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).  
  • Finely grind HistaFood organic grain muesli in a blender.  
  • Melt coconut oil and 2 bars of vegan white chocolate in a pot.  
  • Thoroughly mix the HistaFood organic grain muesli and the melted coconut oil chocolate.  
  • Roughly chop 2 bars of chocolate and add them to the mixture.  
  • Add a handful of chopped almonds and maple syrup and mix well again.  
  • Shape small cookies with your hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  
  • Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes.  
  • Remove from the oven and let cool.  

Our HistaFood tip 

You can also top the cookies with other ingredients of your choice. Raisins or dried cranberries, for example, are suitable.
