This low-histamine rice salad is quick to prepare – and can be eaten warm or cold.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 150g Basmati rice
- 1/2 cucumber (peeled)
- 1 bell pepper (peeled)
- 1 spring onion (1) (lower part)
- 1 handful of parsley
- rapeseed oil

preparation
- Cook the rice according to the instructions. Meanwhile, peel the cucumber and bell pepper and chop them finely together with the spring onion.
- Refine with rapeseed oil, organic herb salt and parsley.
