Rice salad

This low-histamine rice salad is quick to prepare – and can be eaten warm or cold.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 150g Basmati rice
  • 1/2 cucumber (peeled)
  • 1 bell pepper (peeled)
  • 1 spring onion (1) (lower part)
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • rapeseed oil

preparation

  • Cook the rice according to the instructions. Meanwhile, peel the cucumber and bell pepper and chop them finely together with the spring onion.
  • Refine with rapeseed oil, organic herb salt and parsley.
