Ingredients for 2 servings
- 6 tbsp coconut flour (1)
- 4 tablespoons psyllium husks
- 4 tablespoons flaxseed flour
- 2 tbsp hemp flour
- 1 tsp rock salt
- 4 tbsp olive oil for cooking
- 300 ml water

preparation
- Mix the ingredients, let them soak briefly, and then form four flatbreads.
- Place in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
