GutFit flatbread

Our low-histamine DarmFit flatbread is packed with vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids, and fiber. It's also 100% vegan and low-carb.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 6 tbsp coconut flour (1)
  • 4 tablespoons psyllium husks
  • 4 tablespoons flaxseed flour
  • 2 tbsp hemp flour
  • 1 tsp rock salt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • 300 ml water

preparation

  • Mix the ingredients, let them soak briefly, and then form four flatbreads.
  • Place in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
