Pink Drink
This low-histamine summer drink not only looks great, but can even be helpful for those with histamine intolerance. It's quick and easy to prepare – and truly delicious.

Preparation time

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 600 ml hibiscus tea
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 100 ml coconut milk (1) or other plant milk (1)
- 50g pomegranate seeds (frozen)
- ice cubes

preparation
- Brew the hibiscus tea according to the instructions, strain it and let it cool slightly.
- Then place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Prepare as follows: Pour the cold hibiscus tea into a glass, adding a few ice cubes if desired.
- Then refine with maple syrup and pomegranate seeds and finally pour over the plant milk (1).
- Stir and enjoy.
