Pink Drink

This low-histamine summer drink not only looks great, but can even be helpful for those with histamine intolerance. It's quick and easy to prepare – and truly delicious.

Preparation time

90 minutes

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 600 ml hibiscus tea
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 100 ml coconut milk (1) or other plant milk (1)
  • 50g pomegranate seeds (frozen)
  • ice cubes

preparation

  • Brew the hibiscus tea according to the instructions, strain it and let it cool slightly.
  • Then place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  • Prepare as follows: Pour the cold hibiscus tea into a glass, adding a few ice cubes if desired.
  • Then refine with maple syrup and pomegranate seeds and finally pour over the plant milk (1).
  • Stir and enjoy.
