Rice paper puffs
Do you love spring rolls and summer rolls? Then you absolutely must try these crispy rice paper puffs! They are super crispy and filled with a wonderfully creamy filling.

Ingredients for 2-3 people
- 4 rice papers
- 1 cucumber
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
- ½ bunch of parsley
- 100g coconut yogurt (1)
- 4 tbsp HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce
- rapeseed oil
preparation
- Heat plenty of rapeseed oil in a pot or pan.
- Quarter the rice paper and place each piece individually into the rapeseed oil.
- Fry for 10-15 seconds, remove and drain.
- Wash the cucumber and cut it into small cubes.
- Wash and finely chop the parsley.
- Mix coconut yogurt with HistaFood organic Asian sauce and add to the cucumber and parsley.
- Fill the rice paper puffs with the cucumber cream and serve immediately.
Our HistaFood tip
You can also fill the rice paper puffs with sweet fillings. To do this, mix coconut yogurt with agave syrup, freshly chopped mint, and finely diced mango (1) and distribute it into the rice paper puffs.
