Fennel toast with mozzarella
A dream for every palate: Roasted fennel with mozzarella on delicious, freshly baked bread. This gluten-free and low-histamine fennel toast is perfect as a snack or for dinner. Sooo delicious! Who says low-histamine cuisine is boring?

Ingredients for 2-3 people
- 1 HistaFood Organic Grain Bread
- 2 fennel
- pine nuts (1)
- Parsley
- Mozzarella
- Olive oil
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
preparation
- Bake HistaFood organic grain bread according to the package instructions.
- Wash, trim, halve, and finely slice the fennel.
- In a pan, sear the fennel with a little olive oil.
- Wash and finely chop the parsley.
- Add parsley to the pan and season with salt.
- Spread fennel on slices of HistaFood organic seeded bread .
- Top the bread slices with pine nuts and mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes until crispy.
- Season with organic herb salt to taste.

For a vegan alternative, you can also top the bread slices with vegan feta cheese (1) or vegan mozzarella (1).
