Blueberry bread

This low-histamine blueberry bread will bring a smile to every breakfast lover's face. The bread bakes very quickly, is deliciously moist, and perfect for on the go.

This recipe is

Preparation time 

5 minutes + 15 minutes baking time 

Ingredients for 1-2 people 

  • 150g Gluten-free oat flour (1)
  • 100ml water 
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder (1) 
  • 1 handful of blueberries 
  • 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar 

Blueberry bread histamine preparation 

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). 
  • Knead gluten-free oat flour (1), cream of tartar baking powder (1), water and coconut blossom sugar into a dough. 
  • Wash the blueberries and carefully add them to the dough. 
  • Shape into a loaf of bread and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
  • Bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes. 
  • Serve warm or cold 
  • This goes well with, for example: gluten-free oat cream cheese (1), fresh blueberries and flax seeds
