Blueberry bread
This low-histamine blueberry bread will bring a smile to every breakfast lover's face. The bread bakes very quickly, is deliciously moist, and perfect for on the go.

5 minutes + 15 minutes baking time
Ingredients for 1-2 people
- 150g Gluten-free oat flour (1)
- 100ml water
- 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder (1)
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
preparation
- Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).
- Knead gluten-free oat flour (1), cream of tartar baking powder (1), water and coconut blossom sugar into a dough.
- Wash the blueberries and carefully add them to the dough.
- Shape into a loaf of bread and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
- Serve warm or cold
- This goes well with, for example: gluten-free oat cream cheese (1), fresh blueberries and flax seeds
