Quinoa and Radish Salad
This refreshing quinoa and radish salad with the Mediterranean seasoning of our organic herb salt is not only a perfect light dinner, but is also ideal as a meal prep dish!

Ingredients for 4 people
- 250 g quinoa
- 40 g pistachios
- 250g radishes
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 bunch of parsley
- A little fresh mint
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons acerola juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt

preparation
- Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions and then let it cool.
- Roughly chop the pistachios.
- Wash, trim, and quarter the radishes.
- Remove the seeds from the pomegranate
- Wash, trim, and finely chop the parsley and mint.
- Mix all ingredients together and serve
