Millet and date slices

These low-histamine millet and date slices are perfect as a snack on the go. You can easily prepare and take them with you.  

This recipe is   

  • vegan
  • suitable for a low-histamine diet  
  • gluten-free
  • lactose-free

Preparation time   

30 minutes  

Ingredients

  • Preheat oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat).  
  • Mix all ingredients together  
  • Line a baking tin with baking paper and pour the dough into it.  
  • Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 20-30 minutes.  
  • Serve warm or cold

You can also store the slices in the freezer after baking and cooling.
