Millet and date slices
These low-histamine millet and date slices are perfect as a snack on the go. You can easily prepare and take them with you.

Ingredients
- 80 g millet flakes
- 150 g coconut milk (1) (from a can)
- 15 g pistachio butter (alternatively: HistaFood Organic Protein Spread Pumpkin Seed & Pistachio )
- A handful of chopped pistachios
- A handful of chopped dates

preparation
- Preheat oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat).
- Mix all ingredients together
- Line a baking tin with baking paper and pour the dough into it.
- Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 20-30 minutes.
- Serve warm or cold
