Protein pizzas

Quick, delicious and versatile: These low-histamine, vegetarian and gluten-free protein pizzas can be prepared in 10 minutes and topped as desired – ideal for any occasion!

This recipe is  

  • vegetarian
  • suitable for alow-histamine diet

  • gluten-free

Preparation time  

10 minutes + 20-25 minutes baking time  

Ingredients  

  • 400g cottage cheese  

  • 3 egg yolks  

  • 50 ml water  

  • ½ tsp salt  

  • 60 g gluten-free oat flour (1)  

  • 100g grated cheese of your choice  

  • Some corn (frozen)

preparation  

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).  

  • Blend cottage cheese with egg yolk, water and salt.  

  • Mix with oat flour  

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and use a spoon to form 6 pizza bases on it.  

  • Then add some corn and cheese and bake in a preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.  

  • Remove from the oven and serve  

Our HistaFood tip  

You can top the pizzas with whatever you like. Broccoli, zucchini or feta cheese (1) also go very well with them.
