Apricot pudding

Apricots, milk and pistachios – the perfect trio for a low-histamine, gluten-free dessert that you can easily conjure up in just 10 minutes!

This recipe is  

  • vegetarian
  • suitable for alow-histamine diet

  • gluten-free

Preparation time

10 minutes + Cooling time  

Ingredients  

  • 12-14 dried apricots  

  • 250 ml milk  

  • A handful of pistachios  

Apricot pudding

 preparation  

  • Heat milk in a pot  

  • Add the apricots to the warm milk and let them soak for 15 minutes.  

  • After 15 minutes, puree everything and pour into small bowls.  

  • Allow to cool and then let it set in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours.  

  • Serve with apricots and pistachios.
