Apricot pudding
Apricots, milk and pistachios – the perfect trio for a low-histamine, gluten-free dessert that you can easily conjure up in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

12-14 dried apricots

250 ml milk
-
A handful of pistachios
preparation

Heat milk in a pot

Add the apricots to the warm milk and let them soak for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, puree everything and pour into small bowls.

Allow to cool and then let it set in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours.

Serve with apricots and pistachios.
