Passion Fruit Cups

Bring summer back to your plate with our exotic passion fruit cups. They're quick to prepare and absolutely delicious!

This recipe is   

  • vegan
  • suitable for a low-histamine diet
  • lactose-free  
  • gluten-free  

Preparation time   

10 minutes + 2-3 hours cooling time  

Ingredients  

  • 4 passion fruits  
  • 200 ml gluten-free oat milk (1)  
  • 1 tbsp starch (potato or corn)  
  • 3 tablespoons of beet sugar

preparation  

  • Halve 3 passion fruits lengthwise  
  • Scoop out the inside of the fruit and place it in a sieve.  
  • Collect the juice in a bowl and set it aside.  
  • In a saucepan, mix oat milk, passion fruit juice, starch, and beet sugar.  
  • Simmer on the stove for 2 minutes.  
  • Remove from heat and immediately pour into the hollowed-out passion fruit shells.  
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours  
  • Remove from the refrigerator and decorate with some passion fruit before serving.

You can decorate the cups however you like. For example with chopped pistachios or coconut flakes.
