Green Goddess Pasta Salad
You're probably already familiar with our Green Goddess Salad. We've adapted it slightly and turned it into a delicious pasta salad that's spicy, fresh, and very tasty.

Ingredients
- 250g gluten-free pasta
- 150 g lamb's lettuce
- 1 jar of HistaFood Organic Vegetable Spread Zucchini & Basil
- 1 handful of fresh mint
- 1 handful of fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp coconut yogurt (1)
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 1 tbsp acerola juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Topping
- 2 tbsp vegan feta cheese (1)
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios

preparation
- Bring a pot of water to a boil
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
- Wash and clean the lamb's lettuce.
- In a blender, finely puree HistaFood organic vegetable spread , mint, parsley, coconut yogurt, garlic clove, acerola juice, olive oil and salt.
- Drain the pasta and let it cool.
- Mix the cooled pasta, lamb's lettuce, and the pureed dressing in a large bowl.
- Serve with vegan feta cheese and chopped pistachios.
