Oven-roasted asparagus with toasted nuts

Ingredients for 2 servings

30 g macadamia nuts

250 g white asparagus
-
250 g green asparagus
-
1 clove garlic (1)

1 tbsp agave syrup

Frying olive oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 220 ° C top/bottom heat

Wash green asparagus and cut off the ends

Wash white asparagus, peel and cut off the ends

Mix the organic vegetable spread with 1 tbsp agave syrup and 1 chopped clove of garlic, then spread in a baking dish

Arrange asparagus side-by-side on top and drizzle with a little frying olive oil

Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven

Remove from the oven and sprinkle the macadamia nuts over it

Bake again for approx. 5-10 minutes, until the nuts are toasted

Remove from the oven and season with organic herb salt

For a low-fructose version, instead of our HistaFood vegetable spread, you can prepare a different cream. For this you need: a little frying olive oil, 100 g feta cheese (1), 200 g yogurt, some fresh mint and 50 g grated mozzarella. Mix all ingredients in a blender and spread them in the baking dish.
