Fruit salad with quinoa pops

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 1 honeydew melon
  • 2 apricots
  • 1 handful of red currants
  • 2 tbsp quinoa pops

  • Halve the melon, remove the seeds, and use an ice cream spoon to form small melon balls.
  • Then arrange it together with the chopped apricots, a few red currants and quinoa pops.
