Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 honeydew melon
- 2 apricots
- 1 handful of red currants
- 2 tbsp quinoa pops

preparation
- Halve the melon, remove the seeds, and use an ice cream spoon to form small melon balls.
- Then arrange it together with the chopped apricots, a few red currants and quinoa pops.
