- Organic corn stalks
- Vegan quark alternative (1)
- Fresh herbs (here parsley, basil and oregano)
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt

preparation
- Mix the quark with the olive oil, the finely chopped herbs, organic herb salt and garlic (1).
- Dip the sticks in it and enjoy.
