Corn sticks with herbed quark

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • Organic corn stalks
  • Vegan quark alternative (1)
  • Fresh herbs (here parsley, basil and oregano)
  • 1 clove of garlic (1)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

preparation

  • Mix the quark with the olive oil, the finely chopped herbs, organic herb salt and garlic (1).
  • Dip the sticks in it and enjoy.
