Spelt fusilli with macadamia sage butter and zucchini

Pasta love! These low-histamine spelt fusilli with macadamia sage butter and zucchini are simple but delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • Spelt fusilli
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 pack of roasted and salted macadamia nuts
  • 50 g butter
  • 4-6 stalks of sage
  • 1/2 tsp HistaFood Organic Herb Salt

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
  • Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into small pieces, chop the macadamia nuts and roast everything in a pan with the butter and finely chopped sage leaves.
