Thai Nam Khao
This Thai Nam Khao consists of a combination of crispy fried rice balls and a salad with mint, parsley, and coriander. Simply incredibly delicious!

Ingredients for 3 servings
For the Nam Khao
- 200g rice pudding
- 2 tbsp HistaFood Organic Vegetable Spread Carrot & Beetroot
- 2 cloves of garlic (1)
- 1 onion
- 3 kaffir lime leaves (optional)
- 3 tsp coconut blossom sugar
- 3 tsp HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce
- A little rice flour or spelt flour
- Olive oil
For the dressing
- 2 tbsp HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated (1)
- 2 cloves of garlic (1)
- 4 tablespoons acerola juice
- 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- 60ml water
Miscellaneous
- fresh parsley, coriander and mint
- Coconut flakes (1) and macadamia nuts

preparation
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions and let it cool.
- Mix together the HistaFood organic vegetable spread , finely chopped garlic (1), onions and lime leaves, coconut blossom sugar and the organic Asian sauce .
- If the mixture is not sticky, add some rice flour or spelt flour and form into small balls.
- Fry in a pan with plenty of olive oil until crispy on all sides.
- Wash and chop the parsley, coriander, and mint. Then mix them with the dressing.
- Place the salad on a plate and add the broken-up rice balls.
- Briefly toast coconut flakes (1) and macadamia nuts in a pan and distribute them over the salad.
