Coconut Blueberry Balls

These coconut and blueberry balls not only look amazing, they taste incredibly delicious! The coconut butter makes them melt in your mouth, and they're the perfect low-histamine snack!

Ingredients for approximately 20 pieces

  • 120g coconut flakes (1)
  • 40g ground almonds (1)
  • 40g coconut butter (1)
  • 30g low-histamine fruit powder (here wild blueberry)
  • 3-4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3-4 tablespoons of water
  • Coconut flakes (1) for rolling

preparation

  • Gently warm the maple syrup and coconut butter (1).
  • Knead all the ingredients together.
  • Briefly place in the refrigerator, then form into balls and enjoy.
