Quick oatmeal rolls
With this recipe, you can quickly prepare delicious oat rolls using just a few ingredients. Perfect for your next breakfast!

Ingredients for 6 oat rolls
- 250g fine gluten-free rolled oats
- 250g low-fat quark
- 1 heaped teaspoon of white stone baking powder
- 125ml sparkling water (1)
- 1 tsp salt

preparation
- Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth dough.
- Shape rolls with moistened hands.
- Cut the rolls with a knife
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan-assisted) for approximately 25-30 minutes.
