Quick oatmeal rolls

With this recipe, you can quickly prepare delicious oat rolls using just a few ingredients. Perfect for your next breakfast!

Ingredients for 6 oat rolls

  • 250g fine gluten-free rolled oats
  • 250g low-fat quark
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of white stone baking powder
  • 125ml sparkling water (1)
  • 1 tsp salt

    preparation

    • Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth dough.
    • Shape rolls with moistened hands.
    • Cut the rolls with a knife
    • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan-assisted) for approximately 25-30 minutes.
