Carrot and feta parcels

A quick, low-histamine, and super delicious recipe: Carrot and feta parcels. They are perfect as a low-carb snack or as a side dish to meat and fish. 

This recipe is  

  • suitable for a low-histamine diet 
  • gluten-free 
  • vegetarian 

Preparation time  

20 minutes 

Ingredients for 1-2 people 

  • 3-4 carrots 
  • 200g feta cheese (1) 
  • Olive oil 
  • 1 tbsp honey 
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (1) 

Dip 

Feta and carrot snack preparation 

  • Wash, peel, and thinly slice the carrots using a peeler. 
  • Cut the feta cheese into 6 pieces. 
  • Place two strips of carrot side by side and wrap a piece of feta cheese in them. 
  • Place two more strips of carrot next to each other and wrap the feta cheese from the other side so that both sides are sealed. 
  • Wrap all the feta cheese pieces
