Almond Dream Dessert

With this recipe, you can conjure up a delicious low-histamine Christmas dessert in no time.

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500 g apple puree
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 250 ml cream
  • 10 g icing sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 50 g whole, peeled almonds (1)
  • 50 g coconut blossom sugar

Almond Dream Dessert

preparation  

  • Mix apple puree with maple syrup  
  • Whip the cream until stiff  
  • Sift the powdered sugar and cinnamon into the cream and gently fold it in.  
  • Toast almonds in a pan  
  • Then stir in coconut blossom sugar and let it caramelize briefly.  
  • Layer applesauce, cream, and almonds in glasses and chill until ready to serve.
