Lamb chops with sweet potatoes

Ingredients for 3-4 people
- 4 lamb chops
- 8 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- 1-2 large sweet potatoes
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
preparation
- Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into strips.
- Season with a little olive oil, cinnamon and HistaFood organic herb salt.
- Bake the sweet potatoes in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.
- Rub lamb chops with a little salt, thyme and cooking olive oil.
- Heat a pan
- Sear the lamb chops in the pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and serve with the lamb chops and some fresh thyme sprigs.
