Low Carb Zucchini Sticks

These delicious low-histamine zucchini sticks are perfect as a snack on the go.

Zucchini breadsticks

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat).
  • Wash the zucchini and grate it finely.
  • Wring out very well with a clean kitchen towel.
  • Mix zucchini, flour, mozzarella, egg yolks and HistaFood organic herb salt and spread evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool and cut into strips
