Low Carb Zucchini Sticks
These delicious low-histamine zucchini sticks are perfect as a snack on the go.

Preparation time

Ingredients for 15 pieces
- 400g zucchini (approx. 2 small ones)
- 35g spelt flour
- 200g grated mozzarella
- 3 egg yolks
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt

preparation
- Preheat oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat).
- Wash the zucchini and grate it finely.
- Wring out very well with a clean kitchen towel.
- Mix zucchini, flour, mozzarella, egg yolks and HistaFood organic herb salt and spread evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool and cut into strips
