No-bake apple donuts
Today we have a super delicious and low-histamine apple donut recipe for you. And the best part: they don't need to be baked, so they're super quick and easy to make. Just give them a try!

Ingredients for 2-3 people
- 1 apple
- 50g white chocolate (1)
- 20g chopped almonds (1)
- blueberries

preparation
- Wash the apples and remove the cores with an apple corer.
- Cut into slightly thicker slices.
- Alternatively, you can first slice the apples and then use a small round cookie cutter to remove the seeds.
- Melt white chocolate in a water bath and then spread it over the apple slices.
- Now top the apple slices with blueberries and chopped almonds.
- If you have any chocolate left over, you can spread it over the blueberries.
- Place the apple donuts in the refrigerator and serve once the chocolate has hardened.
