No-bake apple donuts

Today we have a super delicious and low-histamine apple donut recipe for you. And the best part: they don't need to be baked, so they're super quick and easy to make. Just give them a try!

Ingredients for 2-3 people

  • 1 apple
  • 50g white chocolate (1)
  • 20g chopped almonds (1)
  • blueberries


    Apple Donuts No Bake Histamine



    preparation

    • Wash the apples and remove the cores with an apple corer.
    • Cut into slightly thicker slices.
    • Alternatively, you can first slice the apples and then use a small round cookie cutter to remove the seeds.
    • Melt white chocolate in a water bath and then spread it over the apple slices.
    • Now top the apple slices with blueberries and chopped almonds.
    • If you have any chocolate left over, you can spread it over the blueberries.
    • Place the apple donuts in the refrigerator and serve once the chocolate has hardened.
