Flaxseed porridge bowl
A real power breakfast!
This low-histamine combination of gluten-free oat flakes, flax seeds, chia seeds and fresh fruit is not only delicious, but also super healthy.

Preparation time

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 80g gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 200 g apple puree
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 white peaches
- 10 cherries
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 ml water
Optional as a topping

preparation
- Simmer the gluten-free oat flakes together with the flaxseed meal, a pinch of salt and some water for 5-10 minutes.
- Then arrange on a plate and refine with apple puree, chia seeds, peach and cherries.
