Flaxseed porridge bowl

A real power breakfast!
This low-histamine combination of gluten-free oat flakes, flax seeds, chia seeds and fresh fruit is not only delicious, but also super healthy.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 80g gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 200 g apple puree
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 white peaches
  • 10 cherries
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 ml water

preparation

  • Simmer the gluten-free oat flakes together with the flaxseed meal, a pinch of salt and some water for 5-10 minutes.
  • Then arrange on a plate and refine with apple puree, chia seeds, peach and cherries.

For a low-fructose version, you can use fruits such as blueberries, apricots, honeydew melon or blackberries.
