Say Cheese – It’s Burger Time!
This super crispy, low-histamine chicken cheeseburger with a homemade rosemary quark roll, crunchy lettuce, radishes, cucumber, juicy chicken and young goat cheese is simply divine.

Ingredients for 2 servings

For the rolls

  • 125 g spelt flour
  • 125 g quark
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 pack cream of tartar baking powder
  • 1 sprig of rosemary

  • Prepare the dough for the rolls, mix in some finely chopped rosemary and form two large burger rolls.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, wash the chicken breasts with cold water, pat dry and fry in a pan with a little olive oil and organic herb salt .
  • Remove the rolls from the oven and top them with the salad, onion (1), radish, goat's cheese roll, cucumber and chicken.

Instead of chicken, you can also use patties made from ground beef, for example.
