Pumpkin and zucchini flatbread
This low-histamine tarte flambée with pumpkin and zucchini is absolutely delicious. It's super easy and quick to prepare. Enjoy!

Ingredients for approximately 2 servings
For the dough
- 300 g spelt flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking
- 180 ml water
- Salt
For the topping
- 1 pack of oat cream cheese (1)
- 1/2 Hokkaido pumpkin
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion (1)
- 2 cloves of garlic (1)
- Salt
- 1 handful of watercress

preparation
- Mix the spelt flour together with the olive oil and a little water until the dough is medium firm.
- Roll out the dough, spread it with toppings, and bake it in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Finally, garnish with watercress and a little salt.
