Pumpkin and zucchini flatbread

This low-histamine tarte flambée with pumpkin and zucchini is absolutely delicious. It's super easy and quick to prepare. Enjoy!

Ingredients for approximately 2 servings

For the dough
  • 300 g spelt flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • 180 ml water
  • Salt
For the topping
  • 1 pack of oat cream cheese (1)
  • 1/2 Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion (1)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (1)
  • Salt
  • 1 handful of watercress

preparation

  • Mix the spelt flour together with the olive oil and a little water until the dough is medium firm.
  • Roll out the dough, spread it with toppings, and bake it in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  • Finally, garnish with watercress and a little salt.

For a low-fructose version, simply omit the onion and garlic.
