Ingredients for 2 servings
- 2 packs organic konjac noodles
- 1/2 broccoli
- 1/2 pointed cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic (1)
- 1 pack plant-based cream cheese (1)
- 250 ml water
- Frying olive oil
- Organic Herb Salt

Preparation
- Prepare the konjac noodles according to the instructions.
- Meanwhile, cut the cabbage into thin strips and briefly sauté it together with the garlic and broccoli florets in a pan with frying olive oil.
- Deglaze with a little water and steam for 10 minutes.
- Then add the plant-based cream cheese and organic herb salt, arrange everything and enjoy.
