Rice pasta with meatballs
Have you ever cooked rice noodles? They're really quick to make and taste amazing!

Ingredients for 2 people
- 200g ground beef
- 50g butter
- 1 jar of HistaFood organic vegetable sauce
- 150g rice noodles
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking

preparation
- Wash and finely chop the parsley.
- Mix ground beef with parsley (reserve some for serving) and salt.
- Form into 7-9 balls with damp hands.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the meatballs until golden brown on all sides.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil
- Add the rice noodles and turn off the stove.
- Let the pasta soak for 2 minutes and then drain.
- Immediately mix with HistaFood organic vegetable sauce and butter to prevent the pasta from sticking.
- Serve the rice noodles with meatballs and parsley.

For a vegan alternative, simply replace the meatballs with vegetables such as broccoli.
