Garlic olive oil dip
This low-histamine garlic and olive oil dip goes perfectly with our HistaFood organic whole-grain bread . A delicious appetizer that everyone is guaranteed to love.

Ingredients for 1-2 people
- 150ml olive oil
- 3 tablespoons acerola juice
- 1 jar of HistaFood vegetable spread , carrot & beetroot
- 1 handful of basil
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 handful of chopped almonds (1)
- ½ bunch of parsley
Additionally
1 HistaFood Organic Grain Bread baked

preparation
- Bake a HistaFood organic grain bread according to the package instructions.
- Wash and finely chop the basil and parsley.
- Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely as well.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Serve with fresh bread, toasted if desired.
