Indian Pav Bhaji
Pav Bhaji is a delicious vegetable puree from Indian cuisine.
With this low-histamine recipe, you can easily prepare and enjoy it at home.

Ingredients for 4 people
- Approximately 500g potatoes
- 1 cauliflower
- 25g vegan butter (1)
- 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil for cooking
- 1 onion (1)
- 1 tbsp grated ginger (1)
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 1 jar of HistaFood organic vegetable sauce
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- ½ bunch fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp acerola juice
preparation
- Wash, peel and quarter the potatoes.
- Clean the cauliflower, divide it into florets and wash it.
- Place potatoes and cauliflower in a pot, cover with water and simmer until tender.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.
- Grate ginger finely.
- Wash, clean, and finely dice the bell peppers.
- Wash and finely chop the coriander.
- Heat olive oil in a large frying pan and fry the bell peppers, garlic and onion until browned.
- Add spices and fry over high heat, stirring constantly.
- Deglaze with acerola juice and HistaFood organic vegetable sauce.
- Add potatoes and cauliflower and roughly mash.
- Mix everything together well and serve warm with fresh coriander.
