Cherry smoothie bowl

A quick, balanced and delicious breakfast!

Preparation time

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 200g sweet cherries (frozen)
  • 500g natural yogurt or coconut yogurt (1)
  • 6 tablespoons of gluten-free rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 4 dates
For decoration
  • 50g blueberries
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • 12 grapes
  • 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds

preparation

  • Remove the cherries from the freezer and blend them together with the yogurt, oat flakes, chia seeds and dates to make a smoothie.
  • Then refine with blueberries, pomegranate, grapes and hemp seeds.

You can also make the bowl with fruits such as blackberries, mango (1) or honeydew melon.
