Fresh potato and lamb's lettuce salad with vegan feta (1), pomegranate and tangy acerola dressing – ready to serve in just 15 minutes. You absolutely have to try it!

Ingredients for 2 servings
For the salad
- 8 potatoes
- A little lamb's lettuce
- 1 vegan feta (1)
- 1 pomegranate
For the dressing
- 4 tablespoons acerola juice
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt

preparation
- Quarter the potatoes, cook for about 10 minutes, and drain.
- Meanwhile, deseed the pomegranate.
- Arrange the salad and garnish with potatoes, pomegranate seeds and vegan feta (1).
- For the dressing, mix the acerola juice, olive oil and salt.
- Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy.
