Fluffy Baked Pancake
We love pancakes! With this low-histamine and vegan fluffy baked pancake recipe, you can easily prepare delicious pancakes for the whole family and friends. Give it a try!

Ingredients for one baking sheet
- 225 g spelt flour
- 3 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
- 120 g coconut yogurt (1)
- 250 ml oat milk (1)
- 6 tablespoons coconut blossom sugar
- 2 apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 HistaFood Organic Grain Bar
- Maple syrup for serving
preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).
- Mix spelt flour, cream of tartar baking powder, coconut yogurt, oat milk, coconut blossom sugar and cinnamon to form a dough.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the dough evenly on it.
- Peel the apples and cut them into cubes.
- Finely chop HistaFood organic grain bars
- Distribute the apples and seeded bars on the dough and bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with maple syrup.
