Fluffy Baked Pancake

We love pancakes! With this low-histamine and vegan fluffy baked pancake recipe, you can easily prepare delicious pancakes for the whole family and friends. Give it a try!

This recipe is

Preparation time   

5 minutes + 20-30 minutes baking time  

Ingredients for one baking sheet  

  • 225 g spelt flour  
  • 3 tsp cream of tartar baking powder  
  • 120 g coconut yogurt (1)  
  • 250 ml oat milk (1)  

Vegan Baked Pancake preparation   

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).  
  • Mix spelt flour, cream of tartar baking powder, coconut yogurt, oat milk, coconut blossom sugar and cinnamon to form a dough.  
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the dough evenly on it.  
  • Peel the apples and cut them into cubes.  
  • Finely chop HistaFood organic grain bars  
  • Distribute the apples and seeded bars on the dough and bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes until golden brown.  
  • Serve with maple syrup.

For a low-fructose version, you can use rice syrup instead of coconut blossom sugar to sweeten it. A few blueberries are an excellent alternative to apples.
