Vegan Pomegranate Mousse
This low-histamine and vegan pomegranate mousse offers a fantastic taste experience with its combination of sweet coconut cream and the sweet and tangy notes of pomegranate. A truly delicious dessert!

Preparation time
15 minutes + 3-4 hours cooling time
Ingredients for 2-3 people
- 240ml pomegranate juice
- 400ml coconut milk (1)
- 140g macadamia nuts (not roasted)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- Pomegranate seeds
preparation
- In a blender, finely puree all ingredients except the pomegranate seeds.
- Divide into bowls and refrigerate until firm.
- Serve with pomegranate seeds

If you are allergic to nuts, you can also prepare this dessert with cornstarch: Mix pomegranate juice, coconut milk, maple syrup, and coconut blossom sugar in a saucepan with 25g of cornstarch. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally, and then pour it into small bowls to cool.
