Millet Tabbouleh
Tabbouleh is a popular Lebanese dish based on bulgur or couscous.
This low-histamine millet tabbouleh is just as good as the original. Easy to prepare and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 200 g millet
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 onion (1)
- 2 sprigs of mint
- 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
- 50g roasted pistachios
- 2 tbsp acerola juice
- olive oil
- Organic herb salt

preparation
- Cook the millet according to the instructions. Dice the cucumber, bell pepper and onion (1), and finely chop the mint and parsley.
- Mix everything together and refine with olive oil, acerola juice, finely chopped pistachios and organic herb salt .
