Millet Tabbouleh

Tabbouleh is a popular Lebanese dish based on bulgur or couscous.
This low-histamine millet tabbouleh is just as good as the original. Easy to prepare and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 200 g millet
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1 onion (1)
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
  • 50g roasted pistachios
  • 2 tbsp acerola juice
  • olive oil
  • Organic herb salt

preparation

  • Cook the millet according to the instructions. Dice the cucumber, bell pepper and onion (1), and finely chop the mint and parsley.
  • Mix everything together and refine with olive oil, acerola juice, finely chopped pistachios and organic herb salt .
