Sweet potato and glass noodle salad

This low-histamine sweet potato and glass noodle salad is quick to prepare and brings delicious Asian flavors to the plate.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • Glass noodles (here made from sweet potato)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (1)
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger (1)
  • 1 handful of lettuce (here oak leaf lettuce)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (1)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp organic Asian sauce
  • Salt

preparation

  • Cook the glass noodles according to the instructions.
  • Briefly toast the sesame seeds in a pan without oil.
  • Grate the garlic and ginger finely and make a dressing together with the oil, organic Asian sauce and a little salt.
  • Arrange everything and enjoy.
