Sweet potato and glass noodle salad
This low-histamine sweet potato and glass noodle salad is quick to prepare and brings delicious Asian flavors to the plate.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- Glass noodles (here made from sweet potato)
- 2 cloves of garlic (1)
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger (1)
- 1 handful of lettuce (here oak leaf lettuce)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (1)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp organic Asian sauce
- Salt

preparation
- Cook the glass noodles according to the instructions.
- Briefly toast the sesame seeds in a pan without oil.
- Grate the garlic and ginger finely and make a dressing together with the oil, organic Asian sauce and a little salt.
- Arrange everything and enjoy.
