  • Mix the gluten-free rolled oats with the spices.
  • Pour the hot water over the oats, stir well and cover for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, stir the mixture again and shape the mixture into schnitzels - make sure they are not too thick.
  • Coat the schnitzels in gluten-free breadcrumbs.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the schnitzels until browned.
  • Meanwhile, steam the vegetables in water.
  • Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy.
