Honeydew melon and feta salad
A delicious refreshment for hot summer days: our low-histamine and low-fructose honeydew melon and feta salad. This salad is very quick to prepare and is also perfect as a snack!

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 cucumber
- ½ honeydew melon
- 200g vegan feta (1)
- 3 tablespoons acerola juice
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 2-3 sprigs of lemon balm

- Wash, peel and chop the cucumber.
- Remove the seeds from the honeydew melon, peel it and cut it into small pieces.
- Cut the vegan feta (1) into cubes and place it in a bowl with the honeydew melon and cucumbers.
- Season the salad with acerola juice and olive oil and serve with lemon balm.
