Beetroot Latte
This delicious, low-histamine beetroot latte enchants with its wonderfully vibrant color and sweet, delicious taste. You absolutely must try it!

Ingredients for 3 servings
- 1/2 beetroot (vacuum-packed)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 600ml gluten-free oat drink (1)
- 2 pinches of cinnamon

preparation
- Cut the beetroot into small cubes and blend with 100ml gluten-free oat drink (1) and 2 tbsp maple syrup in a smoothie maker or with a hand blender.
- Divide among 3 glasses.
- Froth 500ml of gluten-free oat drink (1) in a milk frother and distribute it into the glasses.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
