Beetroot Latte

This delicious, low-histamine beetroot latte enchants with its wonderfully vibrant color and sweet, delicious taste. You absolutely must try it!

Ingredients for 3 servings

  • 1/2 beetroot (vacuum-packed) 
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 600ml gluten-free oat drink (1)
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon 
Beetroot Latte

preparation

  • Cut the beetroot into small cubes and blend with 100ml gluten-free oat drink (1) and 2 tbsp maple syrup in a smoothie maker or with a hand blender.
  • Divide among 3 glasses.
  • Froth 500ml of gluten-free oat drink (1) in a milk frother and distribute it into the glasses.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.

You can also sprinkle some maple syrup and cinnamon on top of the foam as decoration.
