Greek bread with peppers and feta cheese
Who can say no to a juicy, flavorful bread? You too? Then you absolutely must try this delicious, low-histamine Greek bread with bell peppers and feta cheese – it's just the thing for you!

Ingredients for one serving
- 50 grams of grated mozzarella
- 75 grams of feta (1)
- 75 grams of bell peppers
- 4 egg yolks
- 75 ml olive oil for cooking
- 1/8 liter of milk
- 250 grams of spelt flour
- 2 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
- Salt
- Oil and a little flour for the pan
You will also need
- 1x loaf pan

preparation

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).

Line the loaf tin with baking paper.

Crumble the feta cheese with your fingers.

Wash the bell peppers and cut them into small cubes.

Knead all ingredients into a dough and place it in the loaf pan.

Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
