Greek bread with peppers and feta cheese

Who can say no to a juicy, flavorful bread? You too? Then you absolutely must try this delicious, low-histamine Greek bread with bell peppers and feta cheese – it's just the thing for you!

Ingredients for one serving

  • 50 grams of grated mozzarella
  • 75 grams of feta (1)
  • 75 grams of bell peppers
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 75 ml olive oil for cooking
  • 1/8 liter of milk
  • 250 grams of spelt flour
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
  • Salt
  • Oil and a little flour for the pan

  • 1x loaf pan

preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).
  • Line the loaf tin with baking paper.
  • Crumble the feta cheese with your fingers.
  • Wash the bell peppers and cut them into small cubes.
  • Knead all ingredients into a dough and place it in the loaf pan.
  • Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
