Blueberry quark strudel

This low-histamine blueberry quark strudel is quick and easy to make. Give it a try!

Ingredients for 2 servings

For the dough

  • 50g spelt flour and approx. 5g for rolling out
  • 50 g quark
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

For the filling

  • 100 g quark
  • 5 g pudding powder
  • 60 g blueberries
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
Recipe

preparation

  • Knead spelt flour, quark and maple syrup into a dough.
  • Roll out thinly on a floured work surface.
  • Mix together quark, pudding powder and maple syrup.
  • Wash the blueberries.
  • Divide the dough into two parts and spread the quark filling in the middle.
  • Place the blueberries on top of the quark filling.
  • Fold the dough in from all 4 sides and turn it over.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) for approximately 10-15 minutes.
  • Let it cool and serve with powdered sugar.
