- 1 pomegranate seeds (frozen) (1)
- 3 tbsp coconut milk (1) (from the can, the creamy part)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup

- For this recipe you can use frozen pomegranate seeds or freeze pomegranate seeds yourself overnight.
- Mix the frozen pomegranate seeds with 3 tablespoons of coconut milk (1) and maple syrup and serve immediately. The coconut milk (1) will freeze instantly and become a delicious ice cream.
