Grilled sweet potato steaks

These sweet potato steaks are perfect for grilling and can be served however you like. Whether with a topping or simply with a salad – they always taste great!

Ingredients for 1-2 people  

As a dip  

Sweet potato steaks preparation 

  • Wash, peel, and slice the sweet potatoes into approximately 5 mm – 1 cm thin slices.  
  • Brush with olive oil  
  • Grill the sweet potato steaks with fresh thyme on both sides until cooked through.  
  • Remove from the grill and season with HistaFood organic herb salt .  
  • Serve with HistaFood organic vegetable spread of your choice and toppings of your choice.
